Right of Withdrawal

This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code), i.e. to natural persons who conclude the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneurs (B2B) have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for customised products

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This applies in particular to TransHover devices with a special paint finish chosen by you (individual custom paintwork / special RAL colour). For devices in the standard version, the right of withdrawal described below remains unaffected. You will be informed separately of the exclusion before you submit your order.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of an order for several goods within a single order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may also declare the withdrawal via the electronic withdrawal function ("Withdraw from contract") provided on our website; in this case we will send you confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
